I've had a passion for art my entire life. As a child I was always coloring or creating a new toy out of scrap recycling materials. Throughout my years in school, my passion for the arts continued and I could always be found painting in the art room or printing photographs in the dark room. After high school I decided to pursue my passion by attending Montserrat College of Art located in Beverly, MA. My love for the arts extends to many different fields, which lead me to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Fine Arts, as well as explore the history of art in different cultures and receive a Minor in Art History. I took a variety of courses in different mediums, such as mixed media painting, photography, sculpture, and fused glass. After graduating, I decided to pursue a direction with fused glass. Since then, I've been creating one of a kind glass pieces to sell at local craft fairs and shops. In a new pursuit to elevate my jewelry to a more sophisticated level, I have taken a silversmithing course. Since that weekend workshop I have dived head first into this new process. I am overwhelmed with excitement to fine tune these new skills and produce some amazing new jewelry.
